Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Registration Fee

The registration fee paid during the online application process is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers administrative costs and the processing of the application.

2. Program Cancellation by the Parent/Guardian

If a parent or guardian chooses to withdraw their child from the preschool program after completing registration, the following policies apply:

Before the Program Start Date: If cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the program start date, any tuition fees paid (excluding the non-refundable registration fee) may be refunded.

After the Program Start Date: No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced.

3. Program Cancellation by the Preschool

In the rare event that the preschool cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrolment, natural disasters, government restrictions), families will be given the option to:

Transfer their payment to another available program or session.

Receive a full refund of any tuition fees paid (excluding the registration fee, unless the cancellation occurs before the program starts).

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

The preschool is not responsible for any additional transaction fees or delays caused by banks or payment processors.

5. Modifications to This Policy

The preschool reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website, and parents will be notified accordingly.
